My cousin Judy and her Mother, lived below our family in a 2 flat in Chicago, IL (Old Town). We were a family of 7 children, and my sister Heidi and Judy were the same age, and close friends. We all loved playing games such as hop scotch, double-dutch, jump rope, red light stop! and green light go! And also enjoyed trips to Lincoln Park and its world class zoo. Going downtown on the street car and Saturday mornings at the Chicago Historical Museum, were fun. The movie theater near our home, charged less than a dime, for an afternoon adventure. We all went to St. Michael's Church and School, it was our second home. I have loving memories of Judy in our youth. Madeleine Gissel Bartsch (First Cousin)
