Obituary of Robert Curtis Davison
Robert Curtis Davison Sr. was 77 years of age.
He was born on May 27, 1945 to Donna Martha and Guy Edgar Davison in Iowa City, Iowa.
They moved to Colorado in 1948 when Bob was three years old. Bob lived in Pueblo and Colorado Springs at different times.
Bob graduated from Centennial High School in Pueblo in 1964. Robert married Shirley I. Pigg on September 21, 1966. Bob worked as a custodian at various places for many years, then worked with his brother-in-law Stanley Riggs at his businesses, Micro Metals and SPC Fabrications. He was in the army in 1967 and 1968 and was stationed in Georgia and Germany. He was a Cubmaster and Webelo leader in Cub Scout Pack number twenty-four for sixteen years.
Bob loved camping, riding and dirt bikes with the family in the mountains. He also loved football, wrestling, and T.V.
Robert loved and was proud of his three children. He loved all his grandchildren and was very proud of Andrew and Juliana. He love to come play and watch his granddaughters, Ralena and Faith.
Robert is survived by Shirley Davison; two sons, Robert Jr., and Ronald Davison; daughter, Bethany Wright and Zack; two granddaughters, Ralena, Faith Wright, all of Colorado Springs; one grandson, Andrew Riggs; one granddaughter, Juliana Pamer of Lakewood, Ohio; one sister, Mary Coggins of Pueblo, Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Donna Twite; two brothers, Jackie Lee Davison, who died in Vietnam in 1968; Richard Davison of Florida, Virginia; Mattarocci and Dorothy Meyers of Pueblo, Colorado.
