Candi, I lit a candle for you as a symbol of the shining light that you are in everybody's life, for your wonderful smile that you so willingly shared with anyone and everyone around you. I remember the fun times, the giggles, the playfulness, the liveliness that you brought to our house when you were visiting our daughter Rebecca. The times the two of you used to play together when growing up. You were also such a good friend to our other daughters, Melissa and Theresa, even though they were younger than you and Rebecca. You were like another daughter to us, Candi. We love you, and will miss you! We will see you again on "the other side" some day!

To say the least, Candi didn't always have the easiest life, but she never complained about anything. She was always the first to joke, always the first to laugh, always the first to have fun. Thousands of students have crossed my path as a teacher at Florence High School, and I've forgotten many. Not Candi. She was such a special student. She had to work hard, but was never afraid. She could have used her illness as an excuse, but never did. The thing I'll remember most, though, was her beautiful smile and always upbeat attitude. RIP Candi. My condolences to the family.

I didnt know Candi that well but she did help teach classes for Doctor Praterelli and was so good at it. She was so smart and funny and always had a smile on her face. Even though i didnt know her that well she made it feel like i had known her forever. She was a great person and a great example of how everyone should be. Ill miss seeing her face in the Psych builing everday and ill especaily miss her optimism. She was a great girl. Ill miss you! RIP

SO SO SO many great memories about and with Candi! She really made an impact on everyone's life that she touched! Had some of the best times in college with her! I wish I could list all of the things I remember, but I'm limited to 1000 characters! She did such amazing work on all of her research projects and she was so excited to finally graduate! Candi was one of a kind! She was such a kind, caring, intelligent, high-spirited human being with such a wonderful sense of humor. She was always there to help people with any problem they may have had and when you were around her she always made you feel like youve known her for years she was so easy to get along with. She brought sunshine, love and hope to all who entered into her world...These remain, but in the absence of her physical being she has left us a "rainbow."
