Obituary of Susan Kay Paulson

Susie passed away in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was born in Roseburg, Oregon to Louise and John Rinaker. Susie was a loving and devoted wife, lover and mother. She enjoyed life to the fullest and always had a smile on her face.She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Ajrn Paulson; a son, Casey Ryan, currently a sophomore at Oregon State University and her daughter Kailey Mackay, an 8th grader; her mother Louise Rinaker, and brothers Mike Rinaker, Pat Rinaker, Joe Rinaker and John Rinaker. Susie graduated from Roseburg High School in 1978. While in High School, she met Ajrn and they were married in Roseburg in 1984. She's traveled all over the world following Ajrn through his military career and enjoyed each new experience and made a worldwide network of friends. She and her family have been living in Colorado Springs for the past 3 � years and just made Colorado their permanent home after Ajrn retired from the Air Force in Oct. 2010, after 26 years.A Memorial Service will be held at the Woodmen Valley Chapel, 290 E. Woodmen Rd. Colorado Springs, 10:00AM on Thursday, February 17 to celebrate her life.Susie will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
