I came to know the Bideshi family while stationed with my husband at Langley AFB, Virginia. We moved in next door, they instantly took us in & treated us as family without a second thought. Our children were close in age and played & went to school together. I considered myself honored to know them and to become a member of their extended family. David, & Denise didn't know strangers, they welcomed you into their home, & treated you as one of their own, as if you had known them from birth. This a very rare and beautiful quality in people, that you don't come across very often at all. David Bideshi was a great man in every aspect of life. It was an honor that I got the pleasure of meeting him and having him in my life. I will miss him so very much. As with the tragedy of Lahela, & Denise passing before, I know know that David is in wonderful hands of his wife and daughter, I will always have the memories when I close my eyes, they will be there smiling and laughing together again
