Please accept my condolences on the loss of your loved one. May you find comfort in the fond memories of your family member. It is comforting to know the Bible speaks of a time when death will be no more at Rev 21:3, 4. During your time of bereavement you can find comfort from reading the Bible.

I've known Ron since we were in grade school in Queens, NY. Because we are both Virgos (he was born 6 days before me), we had a close friendship. Ron had a funny sense of humor, even then. He would do impressions of people that would have you rolling with laughter. Ron left the "hood" shortly after high school to make his mark in the military, and we reconnected after he married Donna and settled in Colorado Springs. Our mutual passion for the game of racquetball gave us a connection that carried us until physical limitations dictated he put the racquet down. I know that was tough for Ron, as he loved competitive activity. Unfortunately, My last conversation with Ron was just two weeks ago. Im thankful to have had that conversation. My heart goes out to Donna, Andrea, Enjoli, his two granddaughters, son-in-law, and and the Johnson family, as I know this is a difficult time. Rest in peace brother Ron, for I know we will see each other again. And yes, Ill have my racquet!

We met Ron when we moved in next door and it was clear from day one that he was the neighborhood boss. He was the guy who seemingly knew everyone in our corner of the world. People driving by would wave and honk their horns. Neighbors would stop and chat. Ron was a special kind of guy that everyone liked; in fact it was impossible not to like him. Ron was also one of those rare individuals who could chat the day away and we spent many an afternoon discussing anything and everything from politics to lawn care. He was unabashed about sharing his views and we had many spirited discussions that I will remember and cherish forever. I never told him but those conversations meant the world to me; he was a true friend. Weâ
