Wow! Too young. I was a tech for her when she was a flight surgeon at Langley AFB. She was one of my favorite docs. I didn't realize she passed until I was looking up some info to begin preparing my own application to medical school. She is definitely missed.

I am very sorry for her loss to her family & friends. I just found a chit where she scribbled her cell # on for staying in touch, as I am cleaning out my desk for retirement from the Navy. I'm sure those on listed on the webpage remember her as I do, smiling.

Just learned of Maureen's passing. I was an OB nurse who worked w her in Japan. She saved my second baby's life (Anna). I will forever be greatful to this dynamic force--what a fun lady she was. RIP Doc Swezey.

I worked for Dr Swezey at Advanced. I will never forget her warm smile and her wonderful demeanor. She was the only physician who made me feel welcome! Maureen was a wonderful person inside and out. I'm so very, very sorry for her loss. She will be missed by a lot!

Maureen was my sister but we never did get to know each other well. Shame on me. She always was living life to it's fullest and loved her kids more than anything. Losing her too soon has been heartbreaking for my family. May she rest in peace.

Maureen was a classmate of mine at USUHS Medical School Class of 1995. I didn't spent a lot of time personally with Maureen, but I certainly remember going to medical school with her as I am also in the Air Force. I remember that she was well liked at our medical school. It was with sadness that I learned she had passed away recently. My sincere condolences for her family and especially her children in this most difficult time.
