Gabriel.. I will always remember you as the amazing talented guy you were. No matter what, you will always be in a special place in my heart. The day i found out about your passing it literally tore a hole in my heart. I knew i was going to miss seeing your smile every day and i wouldnt get a chance to hear about your amazing successes in your wrestling and cross country activities. I love you dearly Gabriel, and i cant explain how much it hurts to see such a handsome, young, talented and amazing guy like you slip away. But no matter what, i believe God will be by your side up in Heaven, and he will watch over you as you will watch over me. Thank you. I will pray for you everyday buddy. Dearest Lawrence Family, It is with an extremely heavy heart that I extend my deepest sympathies to Dave, Cole, Daschia, Leighton, and the rest of the Lawrence family from the Springsteen Family and the Liberty Academy of Wrestling Family on the passing of your son and brother Gabriel. Gabe joined the wrestling team in the fall of 2011 and was immediately recognized by the coaching staff as a young man who embodied our core values and consistently demonstrated our 4 cornerstones (i.e. Desire, Dedication, Discipline, and Determination). I didn't get to know Gabe as well as I wish I had. But I do know how phenomenal of a guy he was just by the stories I hear. Sure he had his dark days, we all do, but it was overshadowed by the joy he shared and his glowing personality. There's so much I wish I could have talked to him about, so much I would have asked. What breaks my heart the most is the fact that his family, his girlfriend, and his best friends are left to live a life without him, and not by choice. I can't begin to imagine what family members and close friends must be feeling. I know it doesn't help much, but my thoughts and condolences go to those who are truly devastated and heartbroken by the loss of a good soul. Wherever he may be, I hope he's found peace.
