My heart and prayers are with Paul's family at this sad time. I always looked forward to working with Paul at the telephone company. We enjoyed our work and enjoyed the coffee breaks we had together for many years in Green Mountain Falls, Woodland Park, and Cripple Creek. He was a very proud family man and always had such wonderful things to say about his family life. He cared about providing good customer service and strived in taking on new projects to ensure that quality of service. He enjoyed keeping busy. We took on a project and worked endless hours together, him in the field and me in the Central Office, removing party lines for customers in the Ute Pass area. He took much pride in his job, that was a big accomplishment, back in the day, with many happy customers. Rest in Peace, My Friend, you are missed...by the way, are there party lines in Heaven? (smiles)

I live on the northwest corner of Prospect and Vermijo and saw Paul on his walks around the neighborhood. He was a very kind man who always would take the time to stop and talk. I was very saddened to hear of his passing. Our neighborhood weeps. Love to all his family. Ed Kiley
