Rudy Udovich New Port Richey, Florida Dear Sheryl, Trish, Dave & the family My thoughts and prayers are with you. Sheryl, thank you so much for the phone call the other day and letting me pour my heart out to you. Please let me know when services will be held so we can try and attend. Jim (we called each other Fred) was one of my oldest and dearest friends. He was like a brother to me. He was the best man at my wedding and was the best man in life. Words cannot express the loss that I feel, so I will end this the same way that I ended my last phone with Chunk, Fred, I love you.

Jim was our insurance agent for 30 years. And in that length of time I cannot remember seeing him very often in long pants. He always work shorts in all seasons of the year. I would be so cold when I would go into the office in January and he would be in shorts in zero temp weather. We will surely miss him. Our sympathy to the family

I got to know Jim while I was an adjuster at Farmers, and we remained friends after I left. He always had a smile on his face, and he would do anything for you. I even spent some time in the bar he owned. He'll be missed. RIP my friend.

I've known Jim since 1992. He gave me one of my first floods. I'm going to miss Jim's raspy laugh and just talking to him. He would call me at 2:00 am and thought he'd get an answering machine. We ended up talking for hours. We'd give each other advice. Jim was a very giving person, and too trusting. I'll miss you Jim, rest in peace!

Dear Sheryl, Larry, Trish, Steve, David, Vicky and all the nieces and nephews and friends, I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I did not find out until this week. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. May you feel God's peace that surpasses all understanding during the difficult days ahead. Jim will be sadly missed. I have some wonderful memories of him from our younger days shortly after high school. He was a fun guy that had a heart of gold. He was a great story-teller, much like his dad, uncle Dickie and has left us much to soon. My sincerest condolences. Can someone please let me know when his service will be in Chisholm? Jim you were a wonderful man, someone that would give the shirt off your back to help anyone out. We will miss seeing you outside the office making jokes or just having a good time. You have been around most of my adult life and always had something positive or nice to say during the bad times, thanks for making me laugh all those times. You were a great friend to my Mom, and everyone here at the office thanks again for that! Rest in peace Jim you will be forever missed but never forgotten!

Just heard the news today of Jim. Or Chunk, as we affectionately called him. I feel I can speak for so many of our classmates who have truly missed seeing him at class reunions. People always asked about him. So many of us have fond memories of him. It was a different time when we grew up and we got away with so many things that aren't acceptable today. Chunk was apart of many of our wonderful memories in high school. So saddened to hear of his passing. RIP Jim! Sending comfort and peace to your family. Get nuts 78! We've missed you all these years. I met Jim in 1992. I was a new agent with Farmers and the agent I officed with deserted me. I called my DM and he introduced me to Jim. In 1992 Farmers agents weren't allowed to cross Districts. Jim didn't care. He asked me..."do you like the office?" I said yes, and he said "its yours". I said Farmers won't allow agents to cross over. He said..."I don't give a @&/# what Farmers says". I moved in and soon there after, agents from different District crossed over and officed with agents from different Districts. Jim started a movement in 1992 that is still going on today. He caught hell from Farmers and I thought he was brave to do that but he loved helping anyone in need. I have been with Jim for all these years until he passed. I will never forget you Jim. Jim alway had a smile, an opinion, a story, a joke or just a pleasant conversation. Rest in piece my friend.
