I remember dad was a hard worker and after a long Day at Work he would still go out and pick up extra Bells of cardboard for extra money, after school he would take Tom and I with him to help lift the bells onto the back of his pickup truck a lot of the times it would be very cold outside, but I looked forward to going out to help him, he didn't talk much but had a great since of humor or would tell us stories of when he was a young man that usually ended with a punch line that would make us laugh. He was my example of how to Love your family, work hard, and be a real man, I will Love and miss him always, Christopher Young.

I grew up next door and knew Mr . Mowers my entire life. I saw him a week before he passed and always enjoyed his company, wit, and stories. We enjoyed talking about history, war and politics. My condolences to Chuck, Rick, Jim, Pete, Alan, Juleene, and Tom.Dick and Carol were like second parents to me. Dick came to know the Lord Jesus and I know where he is today! In heaven with his savior! Love from the Garcia's. Bernice, Steve, Lila, Nancy and John

To many memories but my best time was working with this very strong man and his bear hugs, boy was he strong. We had great conversations and said he wished he could have done more for us and I told him, you gave us life, none of us have been in jail or in any trouble and you taught us a great work ethic. He is always in my heart, I love you and lets have a shot. Peace you've earned it, Happy Easter.

To the family and friends of Richard Mowers, I would like to express my deepest and heartfelt condolences. I am truly sorry for the lost that your family is feeling. When ever we lose such a caring and loving person, it is the hardest thing that any of us can go thru. And because of that my thoughts and prayers are with your family. During this extremely difficult time, please turn to God for comfort and support. He promise to give your family the strength needed in order to endure this great lost. (2 Corinthians 1:3.4) Something else that can bring you comfort is cherishing the wonderful memories that you have of Mr. Ricahrd. These precious memories will console the family in the day's ahead.
