Im never going to forget how well she held a sign up. Metaphorically she showed us what needed to be seen and lived us dearly when some of us never had it. She was absolutely amazing at everything she did. An amazing best friend, an amazing girlfriend, and over all this is the biggest loss of a perfectly beautiful diamond in the bluff

Jill and my daughter Olivia met some years ago, Jr. high I think, and became close friends instantly. Often referring to one another as sisters, they shared a bond and an understanding of one another when others didn't. Seen by most as quirky or awkward, Jill was a unicorn! Unique in her own way, walking to the beat of her own drum! While most others viewed Jill as goth or emo, we saw a kind, fun-loving, carefree spirit who happened expressed herself with crazy hair-do's, impressive make-up and dark cloths. Jill was one of the few friends Olivia had who made sure to include Olivia's little sister, Julian, in whatever goofy adventure they had planned, forever creating a special place for her in Julians heart. She called me mom, my girls her sisters and my parents gma and papa....we will miss her dearly and think of her often! So very truly sorry for your loss - Ginger, Olivia and Julian

Met JillMae when she and her brother came to Maui with Cousin Bruce and Betty about 10 years ago. Bruce told Bob (my late husband) and I that Jill wanted to surf, no ifs and's or buts! I'm sorry for your loss. I met Jill my freshman year of high school in physical science class. Jill was a really cool person to know and I always enjoyed it when I got to hangout with her.
