Obituary of Maj. Joseph Harold Livergood

Maj. Joseph Harold Livergood, USAF (Ret.), 87, died January 25, 2019 in Monument, Colorado.He was born March 19, 1931 in White Plains, New York to Norman J. and Julia (Candra) Livergood.Joseph was a Retired Major, U.S. Air Force, 1955-1975. He was stationed in Vietnam, Philippines, Germany, South Dakota, Illinois and Massachusetts. Retired Aurora Public School teacher (Central High School, 1977-1992). He headed the Air Force Junior ROTC program. He was an amateur athlete who excelled in basketball, football, baseball, and especially fencing.
