Obituary of Jeffrey Craig Fortner

Jeffrey Craig Fortner, 50, a native of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away on August 15, 2020. He was born June 20, 1970, to Clarence Dean "Buddy" Fortner, of Englewood, Colorado and Joan Colnar Flaherty of Colorado Springs.Jeffrey was a 1988 graduate of Wasson High School.He was a loyal guitar fan and loved classical guitar music. Jeffrey was a fan of the Chicago Cubs. He enjoyed outdoors, fishing and camping. He was a movie buff.Jeffrey was a merchandiser for various companies in Colorado and California.He was preceded in death by his brother, Philip Dean Fortner.Jeffrey is survived by his father, Buddy; and his mother, Joan. Also surviving are his stepfather, Thomas Flaherty; stepbrothers, Michael Flaherty and Sean Rowe of Colorado Springs; stepsisters, Tonya Striedieck and Eileen MacPhail of Colorado Springs, and Dawn Evans of West Yorkshire, England; as well as nineteen nieces and nephews.
