Obituary of Leann Marie Waring

Leann Marie Renicker Waring, a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2020, after a courageous battle with breast cancer.�She was a friend to everyone she met. Leann loved watching her sons play lacrosse and baseball. She was also an avid runner and biker. She found great joy in her career as a pediatric dental assistant at Discovery Kids Dental.�Leann was born the daughter of Jay and Becky Renicker on June 26, 1970, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She graduated from Doherty High School and UCCS, both in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She leaves behind her husband of twenty-six years, Paul; her two sons, Taeron (21 years old) and Evan (18 years old); her parents, Jay and Becky Renicker; her sister and brother-in-law, Lynette and Brent McPherson; their children, Bryston and Kylie; and her mother-in-law, Maryann McCort. Leann also leaves behind a loving extended family that includes uncles, aunts, cousins, in-laws, and lots of friends.�A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Leann's memory may be made to a GoFundMe page (Memorial for Leann Waring). The funds will be used to help her sons with their college expenses.
