CMSgt William "Bill" Carl Hooper, Jr., USAF, (Ret.), 86, died November 29, 2020 in Peyton, Colorado.He was born January 13, 1934 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee to William Carl and Hazelle Clementine (Williamson) Hooper.Bill worked in procurement for the United States Air Force and retired as a Chief Master Sergeant.He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Moore; and his parents, William and Hazelle Hooper.Bill is survived by his daughter, Vickie Lowery; and his grandson.
