I will forever remember my friend, mentor and birthday twin. Her kindness and generosity will never be forgotten. I am so very thankful to have met this amazing woman and to have had her in my life for over 20 years. I love you Deborah... you were a true blessing to all of those who knew you.

Dear Deborah with her huge smile made me feel so welcome when I started working at the Credit Union. I admired her work ethic and how she worked with members and I often looked to her for guidance with difficult situations. I loved how she would just beam when she would see me and say "Hi little one!" And we had some wonderful long conversations. I feel privileged to have known her.

Deborah worked with me at St Vrain Valley Credit Union. Upon hiring her, I knew immediately that she was a Christian. She was not shy about her love for Jesus and her family. She maintained high standards for her work, and always gave credit to others who worked on her team. She made many friends - in fact, some of her friends were members who she helped get out of debt, and "onto the right path" as she put it. As a side note, after she repossessed a member's vehicle, he brought her flowers. I told him that this was most unusual. He said that Deborah did everything she could to help him, but he just could not follow through. Deborah said, "I love the flowers but he should put every penny into paying his bills." Always a realist… When I asked Deborah (at work before we opened) if she heard of a new song by MercyMe, I Can Only Imagine, she said of course I know it Eva - we sing it at church. She started singing it, and her voice sounded like an angel. Tears ran down my face and I could not speak. So I just showed her prayerful hands and left. She would also brighten our days with her It's Friday song over the phone system. She is with Jesus and the angels singing His praises now.
