It was a pleasure working with and seeing Paul over the years and working fire scenes with him. I pray the family finds peace during this difficult time knowing Paul was truly a local hero and now in the presence of our savior. Rest In Peace brother. I salute you with honor. Jeremy C. It has been a long friendship that began in high school in Oklahoma City, I have some wonderful memories, along with his brother Bill. I could share some but that would be for another time. His services to our country speaks volumes of his commitment and purpose in life. His Mom and Dad were friends as well. Our friendship was more than just high school we belong to an Organization for young men The Order of DeMolay Paul and Bill were active member. There presents was a positive one and I wanted others to know the Paul will be remembered. Thank You Sir, you have served your country well may all be comforted in the coming days. God Bless you all. Clayton Abernathy, Past Master Councilor, Past Master Siloam #276, and 33 degree Scottish Rite Guthrie OK

Paul and his brother Bill, our first cousins, we're very close to my brother,Laurence and myself. As we lived out in the country, & there weren't a lot of nearby playmates, whenever they came, we were constantly running about outside, exploring and getting into an assortment of shenanigans, including pushing about with poles on a homemade raft on yonder pond. Paul was my brothers age and his Bill, was my age, so our mothers had actually experienced both pregnancies at the same time. I like to think that some of Paul's love of the out-of-doors and desire for a ranch might have come from times spent out in the country with us. Even as a child, Paul had a gift for being the levelheaded one among us, and I think sometimes he probably kept us out of any serious trouble, that my brother or Bill ( sorry guys) might have led us into by cleverly nudging in a different direction than we might have otherwise gone. He will be sorely missed, but my memories of our childhood experiences, are as alive today, and I hope will always remain so, until we meet again. And I have no doubt that we will, and fully expect him to be at Saint Peter's gate with that big Paul "kind of smile", to usher us in when we get there. We love you cousin. Hasta la vista Paul!

Paul was my boss and friend for the last 19 years. He was a giant of a man who contributed greatly to his community and Nation. My deepest condolences to Paul's family and many friends. I will always cherish the time we spent together hunting, fishing, and talking about gardening.

When we were building our Hanover home, Noah's Dad's trailer burned, with everything he had inside. Paul not only said"I heard you had a weiner roast without me!" but also brought clothes, underwear, a belt for Jim, and also loaned us his Airstream trailer to live in until we finished the house. No one more generous than Paul! Noah and Gay Littleton
