Greetings from the past.........Joe & Pat Kearney here......We're plugging along here in the western upper panhandle of Florida, in Navarre along the Emerald Coast...Sincerest condlolences on your families passings. RAY was Gramma's and my Mom's favorite, oldest and 1st grandchild. We all had a lot of good memories from our visits to the 'Burg. Hope the Almighty that our parents and Grandparents had an abiding respect and and belief in, has been as good to you and yours as He has been to us. A few rocky roads along the way. I was lucky as a kid, to be able to ride my tricycle over to Gramma's Apartment from our apartment on Fitch Street. Enjoyed Uncle Ernie's and Uncle Con's scence (sic) of humor, and what wonderful people your Mom and Dad were. We spent a few vactions at Aunt Sis's farm in Lisbon, and Heauvilton(?sic?'). Ray was a good upstanding man....Hope they're all in heaven praying for us.....that's what ancestors are for, all the way back to Noah, and Adam and Eve......Hope this note can be of comfort to you and your family. Saw Lilies of the fields last night....the station wagon in the movie, was a 1959 Plymouth, I remember Ray driving us "kid's up to the 'Burg' after Gramma's Funeral, to be burried in Notre Dame Cemetery......Thonk your Dad'd Plymouth had the spare on the trunk lid.......Your Dad always had sharp cars.......The black Plymouth, the 1955 Plymouth, the 1957, ad the black Chrysler.......I taught Auto Mechanics at an inner city school in Syracuse, and a BOCES in New Hartford, N.Y. My Pat taught Nursing at College level, I kid her often, Irishmen make Saints out of their wives (plural)....Be great, live long, and prosper.......joey the k

I (Gordy Wilson) have many great memories with Ray. We first met while working at Ingersoll Rand in Painted Post, NY, in the late 50's. We later went to RIT, attended same classes until graduation in March, 1962 with our Mechanical Engineering degrees. We both went with Kodak in Rochester, NY. We had great careers with Kodak and retired with awesome retirements. My thoughts and prayers reach out to Shirley and her entire family. I also thank Rob Limoges and Mike Skeps for helping me keep in touch. We will all miss Ray, he has been a very special long time friend.

On February 8th, 2021, Michael Skeps, Pat & Emil Cima, Mark Montgomery and Carla Pantalone skied in memory of Ray Limoges. February 7th was the day, Our dearest Ray passed away. Where else to pay tribute to this wonderful man, On his favorite trail at Snowmass; that was the plan. Up Elk Creek Lift to his special run, Gunner's View is the one. This he would ski, always non-stop, Off with a gallop; we tried to keep up. ("Hey, wait for us"!) Now as we skied that very hill, We could feel his presence even still. Yes, it's true, he was with us today, Skiing beside us, showing the way. As was his want, all through his life, To show the way; you just needed to ask. And with wisdom and kindness, He was always up to the task. Aren't we blessed he would often say, Riding the chair lift on a beautiful day. You were our blessing, dear, dear Ray, We send you off with a loving kiss, Oh, cherished friend, you will be missed. Our deepest condolences to Shirley and the Limoges' Family. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Pat Cima and Emil Cima February 9, 2021

I'm still in shock! I came upon this web site by accident, and am still shaking. Ray is my cousin. Our mothers are sisters. Although he lived in Ogdensburg, and I lived in Syracuse, we had great times when her came to Syr. for a visit with our grandparents, and when my family went to Ogdensburg to visit our upstate cousins. My prayers are for his family at this very sad time.Ray was a wonderful man, and will be loved and remembered by many who loved him, too. Love and prayers to Shirley and family.
