Joy Phillips along with her Husband Jim welcomed me into their home while I was a missionary in Colorado Springs. I was far from home but they made me feel like family. I will forever cherish the laughs and stories we shared together on your couch. What may have seemed small to you meant the world to me. "How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard." Theres no words or songs or scriptures or prayers that could make the pain of Joy's passing subside - but you better believe we ought to be DOING what Joy would want us to be doing as we continue on our earthly journey. Loving, caring, sharing, listening, and yes - even ordering some pizza every now and then. Thank you Joy for blessing my life! I will always be grateful and inspired by you and your husband Jim's kindness and generosity.
