Q: What will you miss most about SFC Robert? A: Although we divorced, I must say how thankful I am for how you were always there for the kids. They loved you so much and you showed love to them by always being there for them when ever they needed you to be. I find myself looking at your pictures every now and then and talking to Rick and Dana about you. They miss you so very much. I know I was always talking to you about God and I'm praying that you will be in Heaven. You come to my dreams often and always make me smile. We miss you so much....

Robert Aka Bun Bun, was the oldest grandchild from his Paternal side of Robert Massie. He is survived by his Grandmother Lillian Aka Nana 98, Four Aunts , 3 Uncles, Seven 1st Cousins and a host of family and friends. Robert was the smart kid that rather read Comic books than go out side to play. What I remember most about Robert was his charming and witty personality.He always excelled in everything he set his mind on. Mostly I remember his warm smile. Sleep well cuz love

If you would like help with any matters related to casualty assistance, Defense Finance & Accounting Service, Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP), Veterans Affairs (VA), etc. you can contact our office on Buckley SFB at 720-847-6693. The RAO is staffed by volunteers, all military retirees themselves, and our sole purpose is to provide assistance to any military retirees and surviving spouses/family members with anything related to their military service and/or benefits, in particular during difficult times such as this. It is very rare to come across people who make amazing friends!!!! I find myself really fortunate to had Rob as a friend. On his demise, I would like to express my sincere sympathy. Rob will always stay fresh and lively in my memories, but he will be missed each day. He was such a loving, affectionate and generous person, always positive and happy, he had the best laugh, and his smile warmed my heart. I still remember the first time I met Rob; at that time, I had never thought that we would develop such a strong connection. There are so many memories of him, the one that brings a big smile to my face is when he and I attempted to program his back yard sprinkle system, one week and much laughter's later we surrendered, him and I couldn't solve the puzzle with the system. I know his absence will be very difficult for all of us to absorb. Though he is no longer with us and though no one can fill the void his death has created in our lives, I wish that almighty is always there to bless his family, to give them strength to recover from the deepest sorrow. Let us always keep him alive in our memories and celebrate them to keep him a part of our lives forever!!!

I remember tell you I was getting married. You had just had a stroke but vowed to get well to walk me down the aisle. Needless to say you did and we had a great father daughter dance. Daddy I don't know how to cope with you gone. I haven't stopped crying or thinking of you. I'm angry with myself for not flying to see you so you could meet your newest grandson Derion. Robert I meet you at your favor place the gym. You guys always laughing and arguing about Racquetball. You always has an smile on your face and when your daughter was born you was so proud and happy.
