Obituary of Sally Zobel
Sally Zobel of Chipita Park, Colorado died August 18, 2021 after a short illness. She was born October 24, 1945 in Jackson, Mississippi to the late Dr. Louis and Mrs. Helen Dewey. Sally was a 1964 graduate of Omak High School in Omak, Washington. She worked for thirty years as a secretary for School District 11 while also serving her Lord as organist, for over forty years, at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Colorado Springs and Faith Lutheran Church in Woodland Park. Sally was preceded in death by her parents and her brother-in-law, Chris Barbo.She is survived by her husband, Bill; her daughter, by a previous marriage to Al Lucero, Sara Lucero; her step-children, Bart and Tricia, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and her sisters, Diane Bagley, Pamela Schmidt, and Holly Barbo.
