Louie was I believe my Grandpa's (Roy Tarver Sr.) best friend. They spent a lot of time together having fun. I was able to tag along several times. I remember one time driving through the cattle field counting cattle. They were both talking and laughing. After a little while their numbers didn't match. Louie told my Grandpa that he counted one twice and when they finish they will have 99 (his count) or 101 (Grandpa's) count. They carried on about it a lot I was laughing. Sure enough. At the end, Louie had 100 and Grandpa had 101. Louie very kindly sold me his trailer when he moved and I was ready to have a baby later in my life. That place was very special to me. ❤

Cara, Keslie, Diana & families, We were so very sorry to hear if your Dad's passing. We both have many special memories of him. Craig's revolve around our dating in high school, picking me up at your house & the "grief" your Dad gave him & Craig's friends. He was a special man with a unique personality. My memories include meals with our families, BBQing, playing baseball, our family trip to Estes Park, sneaking "Tiger" into your house, his nicknames for everyone and many more...Keep your special memories close to your hearts

When I first moved to Limon in 1979. I lived down the street from Louie in the Vista Village Trailer Court. Louie enjoyed teasing me and my wife. And so did we. May You Rest in Peace.

I miss my talks with Louis over coffee, or just sitting on the porch. We solved all the worlds problems many times I'm sure. My sympathy to all the family for the loss of a great person.
