Lt Col Charles "Charlie" Howard Meier, Jr., 87, died May 10, 2022 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.He was born September 16, 1934 in Hempstead, New York to Charles Howard and Millicent (Driscoll) Meier.Charles was a chemistry instructor in the United States Air Force.He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Millicent; and sons, Charles Meier, III and Robert Meier, III. Charles is survived by his wife, Elisabeth "Betsey" Ann (Donaldson) Meier; daughter, Katrina A. Meier; sons, Roger Meier, and Louis A. (Andrea) Meier, IV; sister Joan V. Mason; brother, Louis A.
