Obituary of Charlane "Charlie" Colette Cardin

Charlane Colette "Charlie" Cardin of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2022, in Colorado Springs. She was born June 30, 1970, to Clifford Wofford and Cheryl Steffe-Bahn in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Charlie went to King High School in Tampa, Florida and graduated in 1988. She went on the earn a degree in Information Technology Systems from the University of South Florida. Charlie worked as an IT Project manager for Fidelity Investments and Johnson & Johnson for over twenty years. She was actively involved in helping women out of abusive relationships and would volunteer at women's shelters and local food banks. She enjoyed spending time with her boys, and dog, Roxie. She loved working out and riding her mountain bike. Charlie had an incredible, outgoing, personality and an energy that just radiated and lit up a room when she entered. She was always helping those in need, and worked tirelessly to help women and children in abusive situations. She loved the beach and had an extensive collection of Mermaids. In recent years she enjoyed the beautiful mountains of the Colorado Rockies, taking in the breathtaking views from Pikes Peak and the front range. She loved throwing parties for her friends and family and of course loved her boys more than anything! She is preceded in death by her brother, Clinton Wofford; her father, Clifford Wofford; and her mother, Cheryl Bahn. Charlie is survived by her sons, Mason Cole Cardin, and Miles Alexander Cardin; her father, Theodore Inman Bahn; her brothers, Charles Wofford, and Jesse Wofford; and her sister, Justice.
