Our sons, Ty and Trevor, and Mark were "big wheel" buddies when we lived in the same duplex some 40 plus years ago. As the boys grew, their friendship grew as well. We watched Mark grow from a rambunctious child into a loving, caring young man. To this day, his mother Ruth remains our dearest, closest friend.

I will always remember Mark as a really fun guy! Jasmyn and I had so much fun hanging out with Mark and Kerri at the coffin races. It was always fun to meet up there and have a few too many drinks lol! We would get dressed up and just have tons of fun Mark you will be missed but I'm glad you're not suffering anymore.

Q: What 3 words best describe Mark and why? A: Loving, caring, loud. Mark was very loving and caring to everyone he met and could change anyone's bad day into a good one. He always had a positive outlook on everything even throughout his medical journey. Mark was always there for many people in many different ways like for help with a light switch or door or even better for difficult times in stressful situations. Mark also was known for being loud. Not just by his volume but also by his love and care for others. Mark has left a major impact on many people and will always be missed and remembered. "Our loved ones never leave us, instead the go into the sky to watch over us and continue loving us from above".
