Obituary of Mary Ellen Scoggins

Mary Ellen Scoggins, 66, passed away after complications from a stroke on December 20, 2022 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was born on September 22, 1956 in Baltimore, Maryland to Paul James and Joan Margaret (n�e McCarthy) Conway. Mary was a devoted homemaker and a loving wife to Maj. Gary Scoggins, U.S. Air Force, (Ret.) until death parted them. She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother and friend. Mary is survived by her husband of forty-six years, Gary Lee Scoggins; her son, Christopher Lee (Amy) Scoggins; her daughter, Katie Lynn (Scott) Harlan; her grandchildren, Kaleb, Emma, Jillian, and Ethan; her mother, Joan Margaret Conway; and her brothers, Paul, Thomas, and Brian. She joins her daughter Kelly Ann Scoggins; and her father, Paul James Conway, in heaven. Her love for life, her faith and devotion to her family endures through those who knew her.
