Obituary of Marie D Vicars

Marie D. Vicars, age 93, of Colorado Springs, passed away January 2, 2024 at Mountain View Post Acute.

Marie was born May 24, 1930 in Anoka, Minnesota to the late Alfred and Marie (Powell) Spohn. She graduated from Anoka High School in 1948. Marie worked as nurse's aid at Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs, Iowa and then as a visiting caregiver in Colorado Springs Colorado.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Katherine Congleton and son, Steven Bergstom

Marie is survived by daughter, Debbie Bryant of Council Bluffs, Iowa; son, Frederick Bergstom of Omaha, Nebraska; granddaughter, Lyn Bryant of Omaha, Nebraska; sister, Martha Melder of Fence Lake, New Mexico.
