Obituary of Anthony Lewis Andrusyk
Anthony “Big Tone” Andrusyk, 41, of Aurora, Colorado, peacefully passed away in his sleep on December 28, 2023.
Born on March 30, 1982, in Colorado Springs, Tony was the beloved son of John and Frances Andrusyk.
Known as “Tony” to friends and family, he was a dedicated journeyman electrician whose passion for his work shone through in everything he did.
He is survived by his cherished daughter, Jarexy Herrera; parents, John and Frances Andrusyk; older sister, Ashly Winkle; younger brother, Tucker and sister-in-law, Nicole Beauvais; and nephew, Cadyn Andrusyk. Tony also leaves behind a multitude of close friends who were considered family.
With a heart of gold and a magnetic personality, Tony touched the lives of everyone he met. His infectious joy and charismatic nature made him the life of the party. Tony found pleasure in fishing expeditions with his brother, Tucker, and friends, creating lasting memories that will be cherished forever. His daughter, Jarexy, was the center of his world, and he embraced every moment with her.
Tony's love extended to his loyal canine companion, Luna, and he took delight in their shared moments. He dedicated his time to helping others, displaying kindness and compassion by helping the homeless and those in need within his community.
Tony was preceded in death by his grandparents, Anthony and Delpha Andrusyk, and Lewis and Nola Frohlich. He carried on the legacy of his grandfather, Tony, whom he was named after, and with whom he shared a deep love for fishing.
In addition to his grandparents, Tony was also preceded in death by his uncle, Don Olson, uncle, Peter Andrusyk, uncle and aunt, Jerome and Janyce Frohlich, uncle and aunt, Phillip and Sharon Frohlich; and his brother-in-law, William Winkle.
