Obituary of Daniel Ramirez Hernandez

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Daniel Ramirez Hernandez, who left us on November 17, 2023. He was 49 years old.

Pelon, as he was fondly called by friends and family, was the seventh born on November 13, 1974 to his father Daniel Ramirez, and mother Clara Luz Hernandez in Morales, Guatemala. He grew up in Dartmouth, Guatemala where he attended school there up until the sixth grade. He quickly pursued the American dream and moved here at the young age of approximately 17.

He immediately grew a passion for working in construction and eventually opened up his own company, DRH Stucco.

Daniel was the most hardworking and dedicated person around who excelled in his career as a stucco contractor. He was known for his exceptional skills and everything he touched was simply a work of art.

Daniel had a great sense of humor and always knew how to put a smile on everyone’s face. Not a minute could go by without him cracking one of his classic jokes.

In his free time, Daniel enjoyed shooting pool, going on fishing trips, visiting his family in Guatemala, or maybe catching a soccer game on TV. He absolutely loved spending time outdoors and could even call himself a chef at times, always being willing to cook up a quick delicious meal on his portable stove.

Daniel is survived by his mother, Clara; his siblings Jorge, Rivelino, Sandra, Blanca, Angelica, Vilma, and Rosa; his wife, Amanda; and his children, Daniel, Brandyn, Ian, and Grace.

He will be deeply missed by his entire family and all the friends he made over the years.
