Obituary of Clayton Edward Hansen

Clayton Edward Hansen, born August 1, 1959, sadly passed away on the evening of Sunday October 22, 2023. 

Clayton, also known as Red or Papa, was proceeded in death by his father, Robert Edward Hansen; mother, Margie Hansen; and older brother, Robert Hansen. 

Clay spent a good portion of his life working for the local newspapers, and enjoyed bowling, talking on CB radios, and his mother's cooking.  

He will be survived and greatly missed by his younger brother, Kevin Hansen; daughter, Stacy Kesteloot; grandson, Tristan Kesteloot; nephew, Ken Hansen; great-nephews, Alex, Christian, Owen; and great-niece Lauren. 

There simply are no words to justify the pain that I feel, An ache that will not cease tells me that your love was real, You may be removed on this day both in time and space, However the memories I made with you can never be erased, You may have thought I didn't see or that I hadn't heard, However all the life lessons you shared with me... I caught every word, Perhaps you thought I missed it all and that we had grown apart, But the man you were helped me become everything I am and those lessons are written in my heart, Without you I wouldn't be the man I am today, You helped me build a life no one could ever take away, I grew up with your values and I'm so very grateful I did, So until I see you again just know you will be missed so very much by this very grateful kid.
