Obituary of Abigail Patricia Foley-Bilavarn

Abigail Patricia Foley-Bilavarn passed on September 9, 2023 in her sleep. 

She shared the same birthday as her late Uncle Bryan, which was June 23, 2023. Abigail was given her late aunt's name, Patricia A. Steen, as her middle name in remembrance of her beloved auntie that passed in 2022.  

Abigail was the youngest child of Rebecca and Sisaket Bilavarn of Falcon, Colorado. In her very short life she brought joy, laughter, and happiness to her family.

Abigail is survived by her mother Rebecca Bilavarn; her father Sisaket Bilavarn; sister Kelsea Bilavarn; brother Nolan Bilavarn; grandmother Jacqueline Surratt; grandmother (Ya-Ya) Chenpheng Bilavarn; and many uncles, aunts, and flocks of cousins.

Abigail was a very loving and happy baby. She would get excited when Grandma Jacqueline would talk to her, she would kick her feet in happiness. Abigail and her mother had a special bond as they spent a lot of time together since the day she was born. Abigail and her father connected when he first laid eyes on her and was instantly in love with her. Abigail’s smile was beautiful and infectious and could melt any heart. Abigail’s sister Kelsea was a proud big sister, and always wanted to help feed her little sister, Kelsea also loved to comfort her baby sister. Abigail’s brother Nolan also loved his baby sister and always wanted to make bottles for his baby sister, he would often give his baby sister his toys that he otherwise would not share with anyone else.
