Obituary of Madelyn Lee Langhorst

Madelyn Lee Langhorst, 75, of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away on June 19th, 2023 after a short battle with brain cancer.

She was born in San Francisco, California on March 20, 1948 to David and Lai Lee.  She was raised in the bay area and attended San Jose State University where she met her lifelong husband Bill Langhorst. 

Bill and Madelyn were married August 4, 1968 in Sunnyvale, California.  They later moved to Rochester Hills, Michigan where they raised their two children, Erica and Brian. Madelyn also found her love for the game of golf in which remained a passion her entire life. 

Madelyn is survived by her husband; daughter; son; and three grandchildren.  

Madelyn was preceded in death by her mother and father; many friends and relatives; and her beloved pets.  

Although her passing is a great loss to all who loved her, Madelyn's memory will live on forever. She will always be remembered for the light she brought into the world and the love she shared with those around her.
