Obituary of Virginia Cecilia Buckley

Virginia Cecilia Buckley, 75, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away on May 10, 2023. 

She was born on March 12, 1948 to Reinhold and Gladys Lowe in Colon, Panama.  

Virginia went to high school at Primer Ciclo Secundario Panama and graduated in 1965. She went on to earn an Associate’s degree in Commerce from Escuela Tecnica de Contabilidad y Comercio.  

Virginia worked as a sales associate for the Army and Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) for over forty years. She earned several awards, including the Dynamic Sales and Marketing Award.  

Virginia enjoyed cooking, sewing, traveling, and watching game shows, but above all, she loved dancing.  

She is preceded in death by her father, Reinhold Lowe; and her mother, Gladys Lowe. 

Virginia is survived by her husband, Clarencio “Johnny” Buckley; her children, Gregory Buckley, Jovina Galbearth, and Jonathan Buckley; her daughter-in-law, Michelle Buckley; her son-in-law, John Galbearth; her grandchildren, Rashad McKinney, Bryce Buckley, Jaylen McKinney, Analeah Buckley, and Jevon McKinney; her brothers, Ernesto Lowe, and Reynaldo Lowe; her nephews, Rolando Clarke, Ernesto Lowe, and Reynaldo Lowe; her niece, Angela Ulloa; and a host of beloved cousins, aunts, and uncles.  

On behalf of our family, we would like to thank everyone for all of the prayers, well wishes, and uplifting words of comfort and encouragement.
