Obituary of Nolan Ryan Melseth

On February 28, 2023, Nolan Melseth decided to end a lifetime of depression and alcohol addiction. He is finally at peace.

Nolan had many loves: grilling, camping, woodworking, family game night, golf, shooting, photography, music, food, Jeeping, his truck, and weightlifting. Please remember the good times you spent with him, and please take care of your mental health! There is no shame in asking for help.

He leaves behind his wife, Nicole Melseth; two stepchildren, Seth and Reece Barrett; parents, Richard and Sandra Melseth; sister, Carmen Melseth; his beloved dog, Joey; cat, Frankie; and countless friends and extended family. 

Nolan truly touched everyone he encountered, and will always be remembered as a warm and beautiful soul with the warmest smile and kind, mischievous eyes. His generosity and compassion was without limits. He was our gentle, tender-hearted giant.

He left a deep hole and will be deeply missed but never forgotten. We love you Nolan, always and forever.
