Obituary of Johnnie Lee Webb

Johnnie Lee Webb, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away on February 4, 2023 at Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs. 

He was born January 30, 1944 to Lena Mae and John Polk Webb in Phoenix, Arizona. As a young boy, Johnnie lived in Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas, as his dad often moved for construction work. He then settled in Wyoming, where he met and married Martha "Marty" Richards. They had two children, Johnnie Lee II, and Tina.

He owned and managed several businesses in Wyoming and Colorado, including a lumber yard, home and commercial building companies, a steel detailing company, and a drywall company. He was also the general manager for a steel company in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  

He loved to just take off and drive to nowhere in particular just to see what was out there. Recently, he loved gardening, cooking, and baking. He loved fast cars, flying planes, all kinds of music, and just being with the people he loved.

Johnnie was preceded in death by his father, John Polk Webb; his mother, Lena Mae Hansen; and his sister, Edna Louise Goodwin.

He is survived by his wife, Marty; son, Johnnie; daughter, Tina (David) Brinkmann; brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Jackie Webb; grandson, Camden Webb; granddaughter, Avery Brinkmann; aunt, Mollie Cates; nieces, Mary Shannon Goodwin, Heather Culver, and Andrea Webb; brothers-in-law, Lou (Darlene) Richards, and Rick (Judy) Richards; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and relatives on both sides of the family.

Burial pending.
