Obituary of Tracy Rhea Valasek Vale

Tracy Rhea Valasek 51, passed away January 30, 2023 at home in Colorado Springs, CO. She was born on August 29, 1971 in St. Marys, Pennsylvania to James and Veronica (Cook) Valasek. She is preceded in death by her father James, sister Kelly, daughter Jordan and cousin Steven.

The family left the east coast moving first to Pueblo in 1975, later moving to Colorado Springs in 1979. Tracy attended Rampart High School. It was at that time she discovered modeling which she enjoyed for a time, but it was eventually replaced by her love for horses. She was a fierce competitor in the Andalusian (IALHA) horse community on her beloved stallion Nobel II. Tracy was incredibly proud of her family’s ranch, Cortijo Val Moor, and of Nobel II who was honored as a BreyerFest 2004 Celebration horse. She also rode many adventurous miles on her Indian Chief motorcycle with friends. Tracy’s amazingly caring and spontaneous spirit touched the souls of many. She gave us life long memories that are forever in our hearts.

She is survived by her husband Tom, step-sons Taren and Hunter, mother Veronica Vale, Aunt Pat & Uncle Billy, cousins Chrissy, Bryan, Kenny along with their children and numerous dear friends.
