Obituary of Myrna Perez Claudio

Myrna Perez Claudio was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico on October 13, 1955 to Tomasa Perez Claudio and Ismael Perez Sanchez.

She went to school in Puerto Rico where she graduated from Estado Libre Asociados de Puerto Rico in 1973. Myrna continued with her education and obtained her Cosmetology degree and received her certificate in Phlebotomy. Myrna was a jack of all trades, she modeled and even got her bartending license.

Myrna is preceded in death by her father, Ismael Perez Sanchez; her sister, Miriam Perez Sanchez; and her cousin, Margie Ramos.

Myrna is survived by her son, Luis Manuel (Christina) Fernandez Perez; her daughter, Dora (Kaelan Cox) Fernandez; her sister, Norma; her brother, Ismael; her mother, Tomasa; her grandchildren, Robert Fernandez-Avila, Maya Norris Fernandez, Tatiana Fernandez Escobar, and Darrian Escobar-Winter; her niece, Johana (Marcial Navarro) Velazquez; and numerous friends and family.

Myrna was wild, funny, and loving to her family and friends. Myrna loved to cook and always had her door open to anyone who needed help. Her grandchildren could always put a smile on her face and that smile was amazing! Myrna could dance anyone off the dance floor and she had numerous dancing trophies to prove it. She was never predictable; you never knew what you might get, but that was the best part of it all.
