Fred and Iris Martin Jean, we have never met but I just learned of Ray's passing while searching for him on the internet. Ray had been part of our wedding in Newton Kansas on October 12 1968. I was looking for his address to send him a notice of our 50th wedding anniversary. Sorry to learn of your loss. My God continue to be with you.

Ray, we will miss you in Sunday School class. But we know the Lord needs you more than we do. You have been a great example to all of us. We will miss your calm and reassuring comments as we studied our lesson each Sunday morning. God has blessed all of us in knowing you.

Memories are photographs taken by the heart. Our hearts are overflowing with fantastic memories of not only Ray but of Ray & Jean together. These memories will forever live within us and be a constant comfort. Ray has been and will always remain an inspiration to us. We take peace that he is with the Lord. He had an infectious smile and we will remember his soothing" whistling". It brings a smile to our faces already. Jean, please know we will be with you every step of the way to share in your sorrow, tears, smiles and traveling down the rollercoaster journey of life.

I'm so sorry for the loss your family has experienced. Please accept my sincerest condolences. During such a difficult time, you may wonder where you can turn to for comfort. So I wanted to share a thought with you that always comforts me when I lose someone I love. It's found at Revelation 21:4. Here God is promising that soon he will heal all of our pain and suffering as well as eliminate death forever. What a beautiful promise from someone who cannot lie. I hope this brings you peace and helps you to heal.

Dear Jean and family, Dave and I were so saddened by the news of Ray's passing. We know how dear he was to all of you, and so how great this loss. Our hearts and prayers go out for all of you in this time of sorrow. Ray leaves a wonderful legacy of faith with us all, and we are grateful for the time our paths crossed at Our Saviour. A fond memory I have of Ray is standing in the sound booth for at least an hour while he set up the lighting sequences for our children's Christmas programs. Of course everything had to be just so! What a dear servant of the Lord. I know his work will continue on into eternity. God's comfort and peace to you all.

Jean and family, What a privilege to have known Ray already here on earth and to witness and enjoy his totally unselfish, giving, and loving Christ-like life! I (Dick) wish he had left a bit of his character for me. Ray has certainly demonstrated what our God can do through a person totally yielded to him. May our gracious God grant you the comfort, peace, and strength you need in the days ahead. Don't be afraid of the tears, our Jesus shed them too, John 11:35.

Dear Jean, Mony and I were not expecting this news! But the will and pleasure of God... We cannot put in words for the impact of Ray in our our personal lives and ministry of RIMI. It was a memorable experience recently to spend time briefly with Ray and you. Ray was a kind and generous man. He has touched many lives in the villages of India with his heart for missions. May the good Lord continue to comfort you with His love and presence. We will greatly miss Ray, but has great hope to see him soon. The Lukos Family, Mission India and RIMI families
