He died April 22, 2010 at his home in Colorado Springs.He was preceded in death by his father Alfredo G. Herrera, Sr. and is survived by is wife Angelita Herrera; his mother Juanita R. Herrera; his sons, Benito Junior Herrera, Jacob Lee Herrera; his daughter Heather Nicole Herrera; two grandchildren, Josiah Herrera and Destiny Herrera; five sisters, Tina, Anita, Angela, Oralia, and Yolanda and two brothers, Alfredo, Jr. and Jacinto.Visitation will be held Saturday, April 24, 2010, 10:00AM-4:00PM, Sunday, April 25 from 12:00PM - 4:00PM at The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 East Platte Avenue.Rosary will be recited 1:30PM, Monday, April 26, 2010 with Funeral Services immediately following at 2:00PM at The Springs Funeral Services.
