Obituary of Carol Jean Sinchak

Carol Jean Sinchak, 62, passed away on March 31, 2011 after complications from surgery.Carol's life was centered around the people and relationships she held dear. She took great delight in caring for her two granddaughters, for making each and every holiday special, for attending her grandchildren's many activities, and for any opportunity to spend time with her family. She had a special gift for connecting with people and for showing compassion to those less fortunate. She loved traveling to tropical locations, playing the slots in Cripple Creek, fine dining, camping and fishing with her husband in the mountains and spending time with her dog Shylo. Carol is survived by her husband, Richard Sinchak; her mother, Rita Lessman; her children, Laura Leavy (Dave), Kelly Zeigner (Anthony), Rick Sinchak (Wendy), Michael Sinchak (Lesa), Brian Sinchak (Michelle), Julie Lindsey (Roger) and her grandchildren: Andrew, Alexandra, Hayden, Brennen, Kaitlin, Michael, Kinsey and Hailey. She is also survived by two sisters; Dianne Bonicelli (Pat), Debbie Lane (Terry), and many nieces and nephews.Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 5th from 5-7 pm with Rosary at 7 pm at The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 E. Platte Avenue.
