Hello, I am unsure whether this will be seen by anyone in Pedram's family, but I wanted to leave a message, even though it's been nearly two years since the accident. I was in the black car from Maryland right next to Pedram when he crashed into the truck. My best friend was a physics student at UCCS and I had driven cross-country with her and her family to help her move into her apartment before school started. We were on the way to the furniture store when the accident happened. I don't remember much because it was very difficult to witness, but we prayed in the parking lot of the stores there for him and his family. I just wanted to let you know that even though I didn't know him at all, your son is remembered by someone 2,000 miles away, and that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Pedram was my best friend I considered him a brother. We rode together all the time and could always be found hanging out and having a good time. Pedram was the type of guy who could always make anyone smile and never gave up until he gave his all no matter what the task from studying Mechanical Engineering at UCCS to helping to mamage a family Dairy Queen. I saw him a few hours before his motorcycle accident and he was smiling....he was happy. He loved his family, his girlfriend, school, his friends, and living life in general. He will always be remembered by those who loved him most and those he simply met once. May you rest in pesce my bro and watch over all of us until we meet again.......love your best friend
