Albert E. Gaston, 75 of Colorado Springs departed this life on Sunday, November 13, 2011. He was born December 12, 1935 in Clarksburg, WV to Nellie Mae (Rouse) & Frank Carlton Gaston.He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Barbara (Allen) Gaston, his sons Alan & wife Margery, Kevin & wife, Annie and his daughter, Robin Thorne & husband, Michael.Also surviving are his grandsons Eric & Albert (Joe) Gaston, Benjamin Thorne, & Scott & Charles Spahn; his sister, Patricia (Gaston) Vogel and husband William, 9 great-grandchildren, and a large extended family.A Memorial Service will be held Friday, November 18, 3:00PM at Sunrise Methodist Church at 2655 Briargate Blvd.Funeral Home:The Springs Funeral Services3115 East Platte AvenueColorado Springs, , COUS 80909
