Fermin Soto, 17, was born May 5, 1994 to Tomas and Monica (Navarette) Soto in El Paso, Texas. He passed away January 7, 2012 at Children's Hospital in Denver. He is survived by his parents, Tomas and Monica Soto; and sisters, Haydee Fletes, Juana Montano and Roxana Diaz; grandmother Gregoria Rivera, brother in-laws; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
