Obituary of Susanne Kay Martinez

Susanne was a lifelong resident of Colorado Springs and a graduate of Palmer High School. She married Arne Moe and together they had four children. She later married Jacob Martinez and had another son. She worked as an Administrative Assistant at St. Francis Hospital.She loved the mountains and fishing, working with young children while volunteering in the District 11 schools. She & Tony had a passion for raising and showing rabbits and did so for over 14 years.Susanne was preceded in death by her husband Jacob and is survived by her children, Anthony Martinez, Kelly Villa-Cervantes, Pamela Romero, Robert (RJ) Moe and Jesse Moe; her sister, Bertha Rasmussen, six grandchildren; Daniel, Bambi, Jamie, D.J., Reyna, and Faith, and seventeen great-grandchildren; Daniel, Angelica, De'Anglo, Julian, Yesenia, Damena, D'Nico, Tony, Tommy, DaNaya, Melissa, Marty, Cameron, Angelica, Alysa, Nevaeh, and Armando. Visitation will be held from 12:00PM to 6:00PM, Thursday February 23 at The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 E.
