I have no words for what Al meant to me. There are too many happy times, jokes, fishing, and working on projects to mention. He was the closest thing to family I had here in Colorado. He was one of my favorite "uncles", but most of all he was my best friend. I'm going to miss him greatly. I loved the man.

How do I describe my wonderful friend, Al... Al had heart as big as the moon. He was fun loving, kind, generous, independent, an observer, a great story teller, and of cause a wonderful craftsman. He loved fishing, hot air ballooning, a good joke, Christmas time, spending quality time with his family and friends...and of cause a good glass of Merlot. He will never be forgotten and he will remain in my heart...forever. The world is a little less bright without him.
