She was born November 19, 1965 in Wichita, Kansas.Patricia is survived by daughters Nicole (Rich) Barriera, Sarah (Bill) Pethick, son Leonard (Mel) Davis, mother Opal Finney, stepmother Deloris Fore, sisters; Anita Hamilton, Christi Fore, Laura Kirchner, Cindy Felber, brothers ; James Fore, David Hall, and grandchildren; Gavin, Phoenix, Antonio, Rogue, Killian, and Jacob.She is preceded in death by her father Harrel Fore and her significant other Michael Hall.Patricia loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, they were her most important and cherished accomplishments.
