Obituary of Lydia D. Archuleta
Lydia Archuleta, 73 passed away April 6, 2012 at her home in Colorado Springs, surrounded by family.Lydia was born in Walsenburg, CO March 24, 1939 to Abe & Della Herrera. She was a former resident of Pueblo, CO then settled in Colorado Springs, CO.Lydia is survived by her husband of 55 years Epifanio Archuleta and children; Barbara (Hank) Krause, Betty (Danny) DeLaTorre, and Diane (Richard) Rael along with seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Francis (Leo) Montano, Erlinda (Steve) Tafoya and Louise (Martin); Four brothers- in-law, four sisters-in-law, several nieces, nephews and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents Abe & Delia Herrera, sister, Betty and brother, Richard Herrera. In-laws; Epifanio and Mary Archuleta and three brothers-in-law.Lydia retired from AMI and will be known for her pork green chili and her style. She will be missed greatly.A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00AM. Friday, April 13, 2012 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 2318 N.
