Obituary of Elizabeth Margaret Sigrist

Elizabeth M. Sigrist,(Betty) passed away peacefully at home on August 23, 2012 in Colorado Springs, CO. Before moving to Colorado Springs in 2004, Betty lived in Edgewater, NJ. She is survived by a nephew, William Sigrist and his wife Nina, grandnephews Ryan, Daniel, Alex and her grandniece Julia. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Jean Sigrist. She is preceded in death by her brother William who passed in 2000 and her nephew Dennis who passed in 2005. Betty worked for New York Life Insurance in New York City for 54 years. She enjoyed her time at Summit Glen retirement residence in Colorado Springs. She always looked forward to bingo games, shopping trips, musical entertainment and meals with friends. Our family will miss the love and closeness we shared with her through the years and her enjoyable conversations. We want to thank Pikes Peak Hospice for the support given to Betty.
