Our deepest condolences to Uncle Sammy Cousin Pearl and Precilla's family. We will forever carry her spirit in our hearts of memories when we were young you took us out to show us Colorado Springs ... My memories are like yesterday sleeping on the top of uncle Sam's and aunt Martha overhead camper with Precilla and Pearl. Precilla keeping guard so Pearl wouldn't sleep walk out the door :) , wearing halter tops and floppy hats at the ocean in Washington as we got into our teens. We had to grow up but our hearts remain young I enjoyed our last conversation and will treasure it. My beautiful soft spoken cousin may you rest in peace Love you Retta

I am deeply saddened by the death of Prescilla. I know this is a very difficult time for the family. You are in my thoughts and my prayers. Prescilla was a blessing. I will truly miss her. We worked very closely together at Farmers Insurance(Although long distance, the bond was there). I have lost a friend, as well as, a fellow co-worker. Precilla has passed on to a better place now. While I never met Precilla in person, we worked on a project together for over a year. Precilla was the voice out there on countless number of conference calls. And while these associations were over the phone, you could always sense Precillas kind and caring personality. I will miss Precilla and trust my faith that she is gone on to a better place. Prescilla you where not only a great fun loving sister in law you where also a great friend.You always had the kind words to say a smile upon your face and always made even a stranger feel blessed. You are truly a woman of god! I cannot express how sad I was to hear of Precilla's passing. Although I hired her into Farmers Home Office to help us design a new system, I thought of her as a friend. She was such a lovely person inside and out - full of laughter (I can still remember her giggle on the phone), always positive and kind to others. We shared a special bond. Prescilla in Sam's arms, and I in those of Gabriel my father. As teenagers we reenacted that toddler photograph taken of the four of us.
